Store Policies

Return / Exchange Policy:

MiniMishka exercises 30 day return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it at the MiniMishka kiosk or ship it back to the kiosk location.

You are responsible for the shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective or damaged.

If your item came to your doorstep damaged or if there is a problem with the order, please e-mail us immediately at help@minimishka.com and we'll remedy the situation.

If you'd like to return a product, it must be unused and in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box and instructions. If it isn't in new condition you will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you'll be charged for return shipping.
